1.Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning
2.Manage front office, therapists, consultants, and support staff
3.Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to service completion
4.Monitor appointments, follow-ups, and customer retention
5.Drive center performance through goal setting and team motivation
6.Coordinate with sales and consultation teams to support revenue targets
7.Maintain basic reports on attendance, operations, and center performance
8.Ensure adherence to internal processes and service quality standards
9.Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
10.Support hiring, training, and onboarding of clinic staff
11.Strong people management and communication skills
12.Leadership and problem-solving ability

15.Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
