Consultant - Insights Solutions Specialist

As an Insights Solutions Specialist, you will design and deliver AI-enabled, insights-led solutions with a strong focus on the “so what” and implications for action, empowering Deloitte’s global leaders with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Standardized Strategic Support Services, you will be responsible for…

- Analyze business, industry, economic, regulatory, competitive, operational, and organizational factors, applying financial, operational, and macroeconomic key performance indicators to identify critical issues, growth opportunities, and strategic implications.
- Own the end-to-end design, execution, testing, and ongoing enhancement of AI-enabled insights solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, governed solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Design and implement large language model (LLM)-based solutions for market scanning, research, analysis, synthesis, and ideation; use advanced prompting and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches; and validate traditional and AI-generated outputs for accuracy, hallucination, and other AI risks.
- Develop and orchestrate AI-enabled intelligence workflows and agents using appropriate data sources, application programming interface (API) integrations, data pipelines, prompt and agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop review, guardrails, and auditability.
- Translate complex analysis and AI-enabled insights into clear points of view, compelling narratives, and actionable recommendations; collaborate with business teams and senior stakeholders; identify repeatable insights for scaling; and mentor practitioners on effective AI adoption and integration.

The team provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms supported by Deloitte USI in support of pursuit, business development,



practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Learn more about Deloitte.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- MBA from a recognized business school, or an equivalent master’s degree in business analytics, data science, economics, or a related field, with strong business and organizational understanding.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in insights, research, strategy, analytics, or consulting, including delivery of AI-enabled insights solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Solid secondary research and analytical skills, with experience using credible public, proprietary, and industry-specific sources and applying domain and business context to generate insights.
- Strong AI proficiency, with hands-on experience using GenAI and AI-enabled tools for research, synthesis, analysis, hypothesis development, and scenario exploration, including advanced prompting and rigorous validation of outputs.
- Experience developing Power BI and AI/GenAI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment; professional services experience is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of Python/R or other data tools for data preparation, analysis, automation, and AI-assisted coding is a plus.
- Strong storyboarding, data visualization, and business writing skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into succinct and compelling executive narratives; Excellent stakeholder management, consultative, and executive communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, articulate a clear point of view, and present and defend action-oriented recommendations.
