1. Job Purpose

To provide high-quality early childhood education through innovative, activity-based, and child-centred teaching methods, ensuring the academic, social, emotional, and creative development of young learners.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons suitable for kindergarten children.

2. Implement innovative teaching methods, hands-on activities, storytelling, phonics, rhymes, and learning games.

3. Develop children's foundational skills in English, mathematics, and environmental awareness.

4. Prepare daily lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom activities.

5. Maintain a safe, positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.

6. Monitor and assess children's academic progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones.

7. Encourage creativity, independent learning,



problem-solving, and practical life skills.

8. Maintain students' academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and portfolios.

9. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and areas for improvement.

10. Collaborate with colleagues and school management to maintain high academic standards.

11. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, school events, and academic activities.

12. Follow school policies, child safeguarding procedures, and qualified standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
