About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our Instagram content and assist with the backend coordination of our online workshops and programs.

The role involves editing reels, creating social media posts, researching content trends, engaging with our audience, and coordinating with participants.

Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Social Media

- Edit reels and short-form videos.
- Shoot reels and other content when required.
- Create Instagram posts, carousels, and stories using Canva.
- Research trending reels and suggest recent content ideas.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Write captions and engaging hooks.

Audience Engagement

- Respond to Instagram comments and DMs.
- Share details about workshops and programs with interested people.
- Follow up with potential participants.
- Maintain friendly and professional communication with our audience.

Workshop and Backend Coordination





- Manage workshop registrations and participant lists.
- Send workshop links, reminders, and learning materials.
- Respond to routine participant queries.
- Maintain registration details using Google Forms and Google Sheets.
- Assist with basic coordination before and after workshops.

Skills Required

- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, or similar tools.
- Canva skills for creating social media content.
- Understanding of Instagram reels and trends.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work independently.
