DoctorC is hiring a hands-on IT Manager to manage IT infrastructure, devices, servers, networks, helpdesk, security, vendors, and support across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

- Manage helpdesk, hardware, software, OS, network, and lab peripheral issues.

- Manage laptops, desktops, lab devices, onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and zero-touch setup.

- Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and local/cloud servers.

- Administer endpoint security, disk encryption, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, or equivalent platforms.

- Coordinate ISPs, hardware vendors, AMC contracts, travel support, and emergency outages.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant experience is ideal. Candidates with more experience are welcome.

- Hands-on IT operations across multiple locations.

- AWS, GCP, or an equivalent cloud platform.

- Jamf, Intune, or an equivalent MDM/UEM tool.

- Google Workspace,



Microsoft 365, or an equivalent workspace/identity platform.

- Experience with endpoint/server administration, networking, VPNs/firewalls, ticketing, and infrastructure support.

- Healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory experience is preferred.

Work details

- Hyderabad, in office

- Full-time, permanent

- 6 days per week

- ₹12–18 LPA

- Travel of approximately 20%–35%; travel reimbursement provided

- Off-hours/on-call support may be required

- Notice period: up to 1 month preferred
