Job Summary

Glow and Glitter Boutique is looking for a skilled and responsible E-commerce Backend Executive to manage day-to-day Shopify website operations, online orders, inventory, customer support, and courier coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce backend operations and solid attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update products, pricing, images, descriptions, collections, and inventory on Shopify.
- Upload new arrivals and ensure accurate stock availability on the website.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the packing and dispatch team.
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners.
- Track shipments and resolve delayed, undelivered, or lost shipment issues.
- Handle customer queries, complaints,



returns, exchanges, and refund requests professionally.
- Update website banners and promotional content when required.
- Support basic creative requirements using Canva/Photoshop.
- Coordinate with the social media team for online promotions and product updates.

Required Skills
