About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our core recruitment team and support the delivery of exceptional healthcare talent to hospitals, healthcare systems, and facilities across US. The Recruiter will recruit, engage, qualify, and place clinical professionals across travel and permanent FTE staffing needs, while building a strong, long-term healthcare talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and staff Travel Nurses, Registered Nurses, LPN/LVNs, Allied Health Professionals, Pharmacists, Social Workers, Behavioral Health professionals, Therapists, Imaging, Laboratory, Respiratory and other clinical professionals.
- Recruit across Acute Care, Critical Access Hospitals, LTC, SNF, Rehabilitation, Home Health, Behavioral Health, Outpatient and specialty healthcare settings. Along with Trauma centers.
- Source candidates through ATS/CRM databases, job boards, referrals, social media, professional networks and other sourcing channels.
- Build and continuously develop an active, specialty- and geography-specific database of qualified healthcare professionals and travelers.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess clinical experience, specialty, licenses, certifications, availability, preferences and assignment fit.
- Own the recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement through submission, interview, offer, onboarding and successful start, partnering closely with Compliance, Operations, Sales and Account Management.




- Maintain proactive communication with travelers throughout assignments and develop relationships that support extensions, redeployment and repeat placements.
- Understand client requirements and deliver qualified, interested and available candidates within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM and monitor pipeline health and performance metrics.
- Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, specialty demand, compensation expectations and geographic trends.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing Recruitment preferred.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting nurses and/or allied healthcare professionals; travel healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of US healthcare facilities, clinical specialties, licensing and credentialing requirements.
- Experience with ATS/CRM, job boards and up-to-date sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, organization and follow-through skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
