Job Description - Crew Member / Team Member

Position: Crew Member / Team Member Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve waffles, beverages, and other menu items as per Waffle Castle standards.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the store.

* Handle customer orders and provide good customer service.

* Operate the billing/POS system and manage basic cash transactions.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and brand guidelines.

* Assist with opening and closing store activities.

* Maintain proper stock and inform the Store Manager about any shortages.

* Work as part of a team and support day-to-day store operations.

Eligibility

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.





* Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Working Hours

* Approximately 9 hours per shift.

* Shift timings may vary depending on the store requirement.

* Weekly off will be provided as per the store schedule.

Timings:

11am to 9pm

2pm to 11pm
