JB International Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced HR Faculty member to conduct online training sessions in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have practical HR knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, application-oriented classes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online classes covering core HR concepts and practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and assignments.
- Teach recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR operations.
- Cover employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, and employee relations.
- Explain applicable labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Incorporate practical examples, case studies, and real-world HR scenarios into training sessions.




- Evaluate learner performance through assignments and assessments.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of Teaching experience in HR, HR training, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management and HR operations.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive online training sessions.
- A relevant professional qualification in HR or a related discipline is preferred.

Pay: ₹350.00 - ₹500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 8.0 per week
