KlickEdu Study Abroad is looking for a result oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, generate new business opportunities, and expand the company’s presence in the education consultancy sector. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop current business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, agents, and business partners.

* Develop and implement effective business development strategies.

* Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert opportunities into business.

* Explore and manage B2B partnerships and B2C business opportunities.

* Lead, motivate,



and monitor the business development team to achieve targets.

* Coordinate with sales, counselling, marketing, and operations teams.

* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.

* Prepare regular business performance reports and present updates to management.

* Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and partnership outcomes.

* Represent KlickEdu at meetings, networking events, and promotional activities.

* Ensure professional client communication and maintain long-term business relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
