About the Role

- CureAble is looking for a Growth Associate to expand brand reach and audience engagement across digital channels
- The role combines social media, content, and video production
- You will work closely with the team to plan, produce, and measure content that drives real growth

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage CureAble’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including posting schedules and audience engagement
- Track follower growth, reach, and engagement, and report on what is working
- Develop content ideas and a monthly content calendar, and write captions, posts, and blogs that keep messaging on-brand
- Shoot and edit short-form videos such as reels, shorts, and explainers, from script to final cut
- Propose experiments to improve reach, engagement, and conversions




- Support campaign launches and collaborations, and coordinate with design and other internal teams

Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a related role
- Hands-on skill in video creation and editing using tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- Working knowledge of Canva and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or YouTube Studio
- Clear writing and confident communication in English and Hindi
- Portfolio or links to videos and content you have created
- Understanding of growth marketing and performance metrics is a plus
- Self-starter who meets deadlines, takes feedback well, and brings fresh ideas

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
