We are looking for a transparent-spoken, professional, and customer-focused Real Estate Call Handler to manage incoming and outgoing phone calls for our real estate office. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, home buyers, sellers, and tenants. Your primary role will be to handle inquiries, capture prospect details, schedule property viewings, and direct calls to the appropriate real estate agents or property managers. Key Responsibilities Call Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, address basic inquiries regarding listed properties, pricing, and services. Lead Qualification: Ask screening questions to capture key lead details (budget, preferred location, property type) and log them into the CRM. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book property viewings, client consultations, and site visits for sales agents and property managers. Message Routing: Pass detailed messages or warm-transfer urgent client calls to the relevant team members accurately. Client Follow-ups: Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients who submitted online inquiries or missed calls.



Database Maintenance: Keep client contact records, call logs, and property inquiry status updated in real-time. Requirements & Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate in any field preferred). Experience: 1–2 years of experience in call handling, telecalling, customer service, or front-desk reception (experience in real estate is a plus). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English [and local language, e.g., Hindi].

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, or Google Workspace. Soft Skills: Calm phone presence, strong multitasking ability, and a customer-first attitude. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Call answer rate and prompt response time to inquiries. Accuracy in capturing and routing lead information. Number of property viewings and appointments successfully booked.
