We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage daily production activities, coordinate manpower, monitor inventory, and ensure smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Manage manpower, production schedules, and workflow.
- Monitor raw materials, stock, and inventory.
- Ensure product quality and timely dispatch.
- Track production targets, wastage, and machine utilisation.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and Excel records.
- Coordinate with quality, inventory, and dispatch teams.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
Required Skills
- Experience in factory operations or manufacturing.
- Positive knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good team management and communication skills.
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Production Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
