We are looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Service Coordinator who wants to build a long-term career in service operations and customer management.

This is more than a coordination role — it is an prospect to understand technical service operations, work closely with customers and engineers, develop problem-solving skills, and progress towards higher responsibilities based on performance.

What Will You Do?

- Service Coordination: Coordinate UPS preventive maintenance (PM) visits and breakdown calls across customer locations.
- Engineer Management: Assign service engineers and service partners, track their schedules, and ensure timely site visits.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers, provide service updates, follow up on pending issues, and help maintain strong customer relationships.
- Breakdown Management: Monitor complaints, coordinate technical support,



and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Service Documentation: Maintain service reports, AMC records, customer databases and service trackers.
- Spare Parts Coordination: Coordinate spare parts, standby UPS requirements and other service-related arrangements.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly service reports and trackers using MS Excel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service, sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.

Who Should Apply?

- Graduates or diploma holders from any suitable stream.




- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, operations, technical support or a similar role.
- Freshers with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication and data management.
- Good follow-up, planning, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- A responsible and customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a team.

Added Advantage: Experience in UPS, electrical equipment, technical services, AMC operations or field service coordination.
