About the Role

We are a US-based startup looking for a creative, organized, and proactive individual to work directly with our Founder/CEO.

You will help manage social media, create content, coordinate influencer outreach, and handle daily marketing activities targeting US customers.

Responsibilities

- Manage and post content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create and edit short videos, including appearing on camera.
- Find US-based influencers, contact them, and manage follow-ups.
- Write professional emails and assist with marketing campaigns.
- Research social media trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Assist the Founder/CEO with daily tasks, organization, and follow-ups.
- Take initiative and independently complete assigned work.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of US social media trends and audiences.
- Comfortable creating videos and appearing on camera.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Organized, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Available full time with some overlap with US Eastern Time.




- Previous marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: ₹9,700.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
