Job requirements include elaborate:

· Bill of Materials based on selected projects, including ventilation ducts, HVAC components, fixtures, lead times, manpower installation requirements.

· Issue documentation technical data specification for all the different components required by each project.

· Weekly status reports on multiple projects to MD.

· Projects’ engineering and design.

· Calculations and energy efficiency analysis.

· Liaison with customer at commercial meetings and project execution.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):

- The candidate must hold a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineer with a minimum proven experience of 6 years on HVAC equipment and installations. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as project leader on residential, commercial and industrial HVAC design projects.

Full knowledge on ASHRAE and ISHRAE standards.
Requested HVAC experience on layout design, conditioning,



ventilation, heating, duct size calculation, HVAC equipment / components, and use of air filtration equipment on AHU, TFA and diffusers.
4 years’ experience on CAD design, SOLIDWORKS, EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint software.
English Proficiency level (English interview).
Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both oral and written (International projects). Qualified attitude and pleasant personality.
