Job Description

- Manage daily production planning, shop-floor operations and production targets.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, cycle time, rejection and downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Planning teams.
- Read engineering drawings and understand tooling, fixtures and manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure product quality, workplace safety and timely delivery.

Mandatory Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, machine operations and tooling.
- Experience in productivity, quality and rejection control.

Preferred: Experience in SPM, industrial automation, robotics, CNC/VMC machining, machine building, fabrication or mechanical assembly.
