Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Service & Maintenance Engineer with experience in CNC machines and Fanuc control systems. The candidate will be responsible for machine installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and ensuring smooth machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and maintain CNC machines equipped with Fanuc control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues in CNC machines.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Handle breakdowns and provide timely technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot Fanuc CNC controllers, servo drives, spindle drives, and motors.
- Identify and resolve machine alarms, PLC-related faults, and axis-related issues.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and machine manuals.
- Conduct machine inspections, servicing, and performance checks.




- Maintain service reports and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Provide on-site service support and technical assistance to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of technical problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in CNC machine servicing and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc CNC control systems.
- Knowledge of servo motors, spindle drives, sensors, PLCs, and electrical circuits.
- Experience in CNC machine breakdown troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer-site visits, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in CNC machine tools, CNC turning centres, VMCs, and machining centres will be preferred.
- Experience in Fanuc controller troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
