Position: Centre In-Charge

Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the overall operations and administration of the Skill Development Centre.
✅ Drive student mobilisation, counselling, admissions, and registration targets.
✅ Lead and motivate the centre team to achieve operational and business targets.
✅ Develop relationships with colleges, educational institutions, coaching centres, and community stakeholders.
✅ Monitor fee collection, batch formation, student attendance, and training quality.
✅ Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with organisational policies.
✅ Coordinate with the Head Office and other stakeholders to ensure smooth centre operations.




✅ Monitor placement assistance activities and maintain strong student engagement. Eligibility & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
Relevant experience in skill development, vocational training, educational institute management, or a similar sector.
Experience in centre operations, team management, student mobilisation, and admission counselling will be preferred.
Solid communication, leadership, coordination, and target-oriented management skills.
Candidates with a proven track record in achieving admission and revenue targets will have an added advantage.
