The Firm's Assurance Services provides assurance on the financial performance and operations of a clients business, helps businesses improve external financial reporting and adapt to recent regulatory requirements as per state laws/international standards. The Assurance group can also help organizations report externally on non- financial information, strengthen its corporate governance procedures, and achieve social and economic goals related to corporate sustainability. Financial audits provide an independent opinion on a company's financial report and are a critical element in the capital markets system.

Role Summary

Act as the primary interface between SSC and regional leadership, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of Finance & Accounting services in line with agreed requirements. Own the regional service relationship, overseeing service performance, manpower requirements, capacity planning, operational priorities and continuous improvement in partnership with SSC service delivery teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact between SSC and regional stakeholders for service delivery, operational priorities and evolving business requirements.
- Oversee regional service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, coordinating timely resolution of key service issues and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency and effectiveness in partnership with BEEC service delivery and transformation teams.
- Coordinate capacity and manpower planning with SSC teams and HR to align staffing with regional service demand and planned requirements.




- Ensure readiness of teams supporting the region through appropriate onboarding, induction, training and access to required knowledge, systems and technology.
- Support expansion of the SSC service catalogue by identifying and coordinating opportunities to transition additional services and upstream or downstream activities.
- Provide Finance & Accounting oversight across services delivered to the region, supported by strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, real-estate accounting and financial reporting.
- Drive effective adoption of technology, automation and new ways of working to improve regional service delivery and stakeholder experience.
- Coordinate regional requirements, priorities, dependencies and changes with relevant SSC functional and enablement teams.
- Oversee appropriate cost charging and timely billing for services delivered to the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with regional leadership and functional stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment and expectation management.
- Provide visibility of service performance, capacity, risks, issues, improvement initiatives and emerging regional requirements to relevant leadership.

Mandatory Skill Sets

- 15+ years of relevant experience across Finance & Accounting, shared services/GBS, service delivery or operational management, including experience managing senior business stakeholders and cross-functional service delivery relationships.

Preferred Skill Sets

- Shared services/GBS leadership, Regional stakeholder management, Finance & Accounting operations, real-estate accounting and reporting, service delivery management, SLA/KPI management, workforce and capacity planning, operational management, technology and digital acumen, continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination.

Years of Experience Required

15+ Years

Education Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management or related discipline.

Relevant professional or management certifications preferred.
