Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1 to 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines as per production requirements.
- Perform component loading, unloading, and basic machine setting.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
- Monitor machining operations and cutting tool performance.
- Inspect components using suitable measuring instruments.
- Ensure component quality and achieve daily production targets.
- Identify machining issues and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of VTL machine operation and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Familiarity with Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
