We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the positions of Telecaller and Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Assist schools with software-related queries and basic technical support.
- Explain our School ERP software features to customers.
- Follow up with existing clients and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing skills and customer-handling ability.
