Job Description – Project Management Executive

Position Overview:

VEDHA ARCHITECTS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Executive to manage and monitor construction project operations from the office. The candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, tracking daily work progress, coordinating resources, and maintaining accurate project records using construction and project management software.

Responsible Deliverables:

· Handle project management and construction management software.

· Create project schedules, define timelines, and monitor project milestones.

· Record and update daily site progress in project management software.

· Track work progress across multiple construction projects.

· Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and work schedules.

· Follow up with site engineers to collect daily progress updates.

· Monitor project schedules and identify delays or deviations from planned timelines.

· Maintain accurate project reports, documentation,



and progress records.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

· Knowledge of project scheduling and construction management software.

· Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

· Ability to track project progress, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.

· Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
