Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee billing, collections, distribution, stock management, reporting, and vendor coordination. The candidate will ensure smooth operational activities, accurate documentation, timely stock delivery, and effective coordination with stockists, C&F; agents, transporters, and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Billing Management: Supervise daily sales invoice printing, verification, filing, and billing-related activities.
- Collection Management: Collect cash and cheques from stockists in locations where field personnel are unavailable.
- Distribution Management: Handle all activities related to goods distribution and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Transporter Coordination: Follow up with transporters regarding stock dispatches, deliveries to depots, and receipt of goods from suppliers.
- PACT Software Management: Create new debtors and creditors, update product details, and resolve software-related issues.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare monthly stockist sales reports, stock statements, and other sales-related reports for senior management and the sales team.
- Sales Return Management:



Verify and approve stockist sales returns and related credit notes.
- Stock Verification: Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operational Troubleshooting: Visit stockists and C&F; agents across operational locations in West Bengal and other states to resolve operational issues.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate directly with C&F; agents regarding sales, credit notes, stock deliveries, and stock receipts.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of invoices, stock movements, collections, and distribution activities.

Required Skills

- Experience in pharmaceutical billing, distribution, and operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in PACT software or similar ERP/accounting systems.
- Solid reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage transporters, stockists, and C&F; agents.
- Willingness to travel to operational locations as required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical distribution, stockiest management, billing operations, and C&F; coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
