What You’ll Do

- Make outbound calls to prospective students using company-provided leads.
- Understand students’ study abroad and immigration interests.
- Introduce our services and share basic information about available opportunities.
- Follow up with interested students and schedule counselling appointments.
- Update customer information, call details, and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to ensure effective follow-ups.
- Work towards assigned calling and conversion targets.

What We’re Looking For





- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- A confident, friendly, and persuasive communication style.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply!
