Hiring: Social Media Intern - Orgix Media
Location: Rohini, Delhi (Work from Office)
Type: Full-time internship, 6 months
Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Orgix Media is hiring a detail-oriented intern who can plan, write and send email campaigns that people actually open and click, and support our social media on the side. We are not looking for someone who only sends bulk emails. We need someone who understands the audience, writes with purpose, and tracks what works.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Plan, write and send email marketing campaigns and newsletters for clients and for Orgix Media
- Write subject lines, preview text and email copy that get opened and clicked
- Build and clean email lists, and segment audiences based on interests and behaviour
- Set up basic automated email flows such as welcome emails and follow-ups
- Design simple, mobile-friendly email templates using email tools and Canva
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content and send times
- Track open rates, click rates, unsubscribes and conversions, and suggest improvements
- Follow email best practices to avoid spam folders, including list hygiene and consent
- Prepare straightforward weekly or monthly email performance reports
- Support the team with social media posts, captions and scheduling




- Coordinate with the design and video teams to get content delivered on time

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

- Completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
- Practical exposure to email marketing or digital marketing through a course, project or internship (preferred)

SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE

- Understanding of email marketing: campaigns, newsletters, segmentation and metrics
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to write clear subject lines and persuasive, easy-to-read emails
- Basic design skills in Canva or a similar tool
- Fluent English and Hindi, spoken and written
- Analytical thinking to read campaign reports
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience with email tools such as GitHub, Excel, HubSpot or similar
- Basic HTML and CSS for email templates
- Basic understanding of social media content and trends

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
