Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven BIM Sales Manager to drive business development and expand our BIM services and solutions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the AEC industry, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with construction companies, architectural firms, engineering consultancies, and infrastructure developers.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets across the assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand BIM services across Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including AEC consultants, contractors, developers, and engineering firms.
- Promote BIM modelling, coordination, Revit, MEP, structural, architectural, and digital construction services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, project directors, BIM managers, and procurement teams.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, industry events, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop suitable proposals and commercial offers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and contract closure.
- Develop market intelligence, competitor analysis, and country-specific business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and regular business development reports.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.

Required Skills & Experience





- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
- Relevant experience selling BIM services, BIM outsourcing, CAD, Revit, digital engineering, or AEC-related solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry.
- Existing client relationships or a proven ability to develop business in Singapore, Malaysia, or Australia.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Experience in international sales and managing clients across multiple markets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling BIM outsourcing or offshore BIM delivery services.
- Established network among construction companies, engineering consultants, architects, and property developers.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, Revit, Navisworks, clash detection, and ISO 19650 concepts.
- Experience managing regional accounts or developing new geographical markets.

- Number of client meetings, proposals, and contracts closed.
