- Perform patient assessment, record vital signs, and document relevant clinical information accurately.
- Assist consultants during OPD consultations, examinations, and minor procedures as per established protocols.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene, biomedical waste segregation, and protected disposal of sharps.
- Ensure patient identification, patient safety, privacy, dignity, and adherence to patient rights.
- Educate patients regarding prescribed medications, investigations, follow-up visits, and discharge instructions.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
