Job Title: Waiter / Room Service

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Take guest food and beverage orders through phone calls or other ordering systems.
- Deliver food, beverages, and requested amenities to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all food and beverages are served according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of room service trays, trolleys, and service areas.
- Check orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivery.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure smooth service.
- Set up trays and trolleys properly according to hotel service standards.
- Collect used trays, dishes,



and utensils from guest rooms and return them to the appropriate areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service procedures at all times.
- Maintain a skilled appearance and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and submit bills accurately and follow hotel payment procedures when required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing timely, courteous, and high-quality room service.
