We are looking for a hands-on Lean Manufacturing professional to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, optimise CNC machining processes, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimise CNC cycle times, setup times, machine utilisation, and OEE.
- Reduce manufacturing costs, rejection, scrap, and downtime.
- Drive process standardisation, root cause analysis, and shop-floor efficiency.
- Lead teams and monitor operational performance KPIs.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Mandatory: Hands-on CNC machining experience.
- Solid knowledge of Lean tools, productivity improvement, and team leadership.
- Engineering degree/diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
CNC machining experience is non-negotiable.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
