Techwurkz is hiring a Media Production Support & Deployment Specialist for an OTT and media technology organization, supporting post-production operations, automated media workflows and production technology improvements across Mumbai and APAC.

Position Details
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Location: Mumbai, India | Onsite
- Employment: Full time
- Shift: Rotational shifts; nights and weekends as required
What You'll Do
- Monitor automated media transfers and system health, resolving issues before production is impacted.
- Support ingest, media library operations, conform pulls, VFX pulls and dailies workflows.
- Troubleshoot production technology issues and help unblock creative teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to triage bugs, validate fixes and improve reliability.
- Capture production feedback and coordinate with regional stakeholders to enhance workflows.
