Job Description – Labour Compliance Accountant

Company: SVA EPC & Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pashan, Pune
Experience: 7–10 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage labour compliance for construction sites and contractors.
- Handle EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain attendance, wage registers, muster rolls and labour records.
- Manage labour licences, contractor registrations and BOCW compliance.
- Prepare monthly challans, returns and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with CAs, labour consultants, government departments and site teams.
- Verify contractor compliance documents and ensure timely submission.
- Conduct project site visits 3–4 times per month.

Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in construction/EPC companies preferred.
- Proficiency in PF/ESIC portals and MS Excel.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
