Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Die Design Engineer with excellent 2D drawing and drafting skills. The candidate should have strong expertise in preparing, reading, modifying, and interpreting engineering drawings, along with practical experience in die design and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, modify, and interpret 2D engineering drawings with a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in 2D CAD drafting and detailing.
- Develop die designs according to technical specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- Check dimensions, tolerances, and design feasibility.
- Coordinate with production and tool room teams for design implementation.
- Identify technical issues and recommend suitable design improvements.
- Maintain accurate design drawings and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of 2D CAD drafting and engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.;
- Practical experience in die design and development.
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify technical drawings independently.
- Knowledge of relevant CAD software, preferably AutoCAD.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in die design.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent 2D design skills are essential for this role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
