Job Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

- Assist with onboarding and daily HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (pursuing or completed).

- Freshers are welcome.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

- Willingness to learn IT recruitment and HR operations.
