Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical to lead and coordinate electrical project execution, with strong hands-on expertise in MCC, VFD and PLC panel design, BOM preparation, panel building, testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with Stores and Purchase to ensure timely availability of materials required on the production floor for project execution.

· Coordinate with panel vendors for timely design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of electrical panels as per project requirements.

· Handle production-floor material requirements, plant readiness, project trials, and monitor the work of electricians and electrical technicians.

· Read, understand, and interpret MCC, VFD, and PLC panel electrical drawings.

· Design and prepare MCC/VFD/PLC panel BOMs, including selection of Siemens and Schneider PLCs, switchgear, and other electrical components.

· Carry out and coordinate testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation of MCC, VFD, and PLC panels.





· Prepare and maintain cable schedules in MS Excel as per project requirements.

· Prepare PLC, MCC/VFD panel BOMs and production orders in SAP.

Required Skills & Experience

· 6–8 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution and industrial electrical systems.

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

· Strong hands-on experience with MCC, VFD and PLC panels.

· Strong ability to read, review and interpret electrical/control panel drawings.

· Experience in panel design, BOM preparation, component selection and panel building.

· Valuable working knowledge of Siemens and Schneider PLCs and switchgear.

· Strong experience in panel testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.

· Experience in handling production-floor electrical activities and project trials.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel for cable schedules, BOMs and project documentation.

· Experience with SAP for BOM preparation and production orders is preferred.

· Strong vendor-management, coordination and team-handling skills.

· Ability to independently manage multiple electrical projects and deliver within timelines.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
