Home Loan Collection Executive – Gujarati / Marathi Speaking

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand (Marathi / general); ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 in-hand (Gujarati)

About the role:
We are hiring experienced collection executives who speak Gujarati or Marathi for the TruHome home loan collection process. You will call home loan customers with overdue EMIs and secure timely repayments.

Responsibilities:

- Call home loan customers with overdue EMIs in Gujarati or Marathi
- Negotiate payment plans and record promise-to-pay commitments
- Follow up until dues are cleared
- Maintain accurate call and payment records
- Follow all compliance guidelines

Requirements:

- HSC or above
- Minimum 1 year of collections experience




- Fluent Gujarati or Marathi, plus working Hindi
- Immediate joiners preferred

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 1 rotational week off
Interview rounds: HR, Operations, Client

Walk-in Interview: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Venue: VGM Consultants Limited, Unit 401 & 402, Building No. 5, Sector 3, Millennium Business Park (MBP), Near Mango Tree Restaurant, Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Documents to carry: Updated resume (2 copies), Aadhaar card, PAN card, HSC / graduation marksheet, last 3 months’ salary slips, 2 passport-size photos

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
