We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, drive audience engagement, and develop integrated marketing strategies for our events, campaigns, awards, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational and business objectives.
- Create marketing plans for conferences, summits, awards, campaigns, and other IHW initiatives.
- Identify target audiences and develop effective communication strategies to increase reach and participation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new marketing opportunities.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Work closely with the creative/content team to develop engaging posts, creatives, videos, newsletters, and campaign assets.
- Track social media performance and optimize campaigns based on engagement and conversion data.
- Drive organic and paid digital campaigns to generate awareness, leads, registrations, and participation.

Event & Campaign Marketing

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for conferences, summits, awards, webinars, and industry events.
- Create pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing strategies.
- Drive delegate registrations, award nominations, partnerships, and overall event visibility through targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales, content, design, PR, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Explore innovative promotional opportunities to maximize event reach and participation.

Brand Management





- Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all marketing channels.
- Strengthen IHW Council's visibility among healthcare, wellness, corporate, government, and industry audiences.
- Develop brand campaigns and initiatives that enhance awareness and credibility.
- Manage partnerships and promotional collaborations with relevant organizations, communities, and media platforms.

Content & Communication

- Work with internal teams to develop marketing collaterals, campaign messaging, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing communication is clear, engaging, and aligned with the organization's brand voice.
- Collaborate with PR and content teams to maximize campaign visibility and media coverage.

Analytics & Performance

- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of B2B, digital, event, and integrated marketing.
- Excellent communication and content development skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital campaign management.
- Experience with email marketing, lead-generation campaigns, and marketing analytics.
- Good understanding of SEO/SEM and paid advertising platforms.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of brand building.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and marketing tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
