Required Experience and Qualifications
Min. Experience required: 2 to 5 year in relevant field (Manufacturing/Packing/Pharma/Food/Spices Etc).
Min. Qualification Required: M.Tech / B.Tech ( Food Tech & Nutrition)

Job Specification & Position Summery

We are seeking a New Product Development (NPD) Officer / Jr. Officer to support and streamline the development of new products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating across departments, ensuring smooth execution of product trials, maintaining documentation, and assisting in the transition from development to production. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:





New Product Development & Coordination:

- Assist in the planning and execution of new product trials.
- Coordinate with R&D;, production, quality, and procurement teams for seamless product development.
- Monitor and document trial results, making necessary recommendations for improvements.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of formulations, test results, and product specifications.
- Prepare reports and presentations on new product developments and updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the product development cycle.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials for trials.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure feasibility and scalability of recent products.
- Liaise with the marketing team for product positioning, packaging, and branding requirements.

Quality & Compliance:

- Conduct initial product testing to ensure it meets company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits related to product development.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) are followed.
