Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Stores Executive with hands-on experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably valve components or engineering components manufacturing. The candidate should be capable of managing inventory, material inward and outward, stock verification, and maintaining all stores records using MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stores & Inventory Management

- Handle daily stores activities in a valve components manufacturing workplace.

- Receive raw materials, components, tools, and consumables.

- Verify materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.

- Coordinate with the Quality Department for material inspection.

- Issue materials to the production team based on material requirements.

- Maintain proper storage, identification, and stock records.

- Monitor stock availability and report shortages to the Purchase Department.

2. MS Excel & Documentation

- Maintain daily stock registers and inventory records using MS Excel.

- Prepare material inward and outward reports.

- Maintain stock statements for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.

- Update material receipt, issue, and balance stock details in Excel.





- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Maintain proper documentation for material movement and inventory audits.

3. Production Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and other departments.

- Ensure timely material availability for production requirements.

- Follow FIFO and proper material handling practices wherever applicable.

- Track minimum stock levels and highlight material shortages.

- Maintain accurate records of material consumption and stock movement.

Required Qualifications

- Any Degree / Diploma / ITI.

- 2–5 years of experience in Stores or Inventory Management.

- Mandatory manufacturing industry experience, preferably in valve components, engineering, or precision components manufacturing.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

- ERP or inventory software knowledge is not mandatory.

Salary: As per experience and company norms

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
