Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Engineer to develop business opportunities in IT, Industrial Digitisation, Automation, and Mechanical Engineering. The candidate will identify new customers, understand technical requirements, promote company solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and develop new customers in automotive, manufacturing, engineering, and IT industries.
- Promote IT solutions such as software development, AI/ML, IIoT, Industry 4.0, MES, data analytics, and digital transformation.
- Promote mechanical solutions such as engineering design, jigs, fixtures, gauges, tooling, and production line automation.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.
- Handle customer visits, enquiries, RFQs, quotations, proposals,



negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer relationships, track sales opportunities, and achieve business targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Basic understanding of IT solutions and mechanical engineering/manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and professional email communication.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and meetings.
- Prior experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or IT sales is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- New customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Enquiries, proposals, and orders secured.
- Sales revenue from IT and mechanical solutions.
- Customer visits, follow-ups, and business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
