ABOUT THE COMPANY
Compucare India Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven company providing software and industrial technology solutions. LYUMI, one of its specialized verticals, offers industrial LED display boards, production monitoring systems, ANDON systems, safety display boards, and customized digital display solutions to support operational efficiency across industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide technical support for LYUMI’s industrial LED display boards and monitoring systems.
- Handle installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, hardware, and basic software-related issues.
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers.
- Support integration of display systems with sensors, controllers, and industrial equipment.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution and product improvements.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical training to customers.




- Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, and service support as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred; Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering also considered.
- Experience: 1–3 years in technical support, industrial electronics, electrical maintenance, or automation-related roles.
- Positive understanding of electrical wiring, circuits, electronic components, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, controllers, and industrial communication systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Basic computer knowledge and software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
