Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Operations Executive to manage, organize, and maintain business data with accuracy. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure data quality, timely reporting, and smooth day-to-day workflows, while using contemporary tools such as AI prompting to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel and internal systems.

Clean, validate, and organize large datasets to ensure quality and consistency.

Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries using MS Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables). Use basic coding or scripting to automate routine and repetitive data tasks.

Use AI tools and prompt engineering to speed up research, data processing, and documentation.

Prepare documents and presentations using MS Office applications.

Coordinate with internal teams and communicate data updates clearly.





Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company and client data.

Meet daily and weekly deadlines with accuracy.

Required Qualifications B.Tech / BCA graduate (fresher or up to 6 months of experience). Required Skills: MS Excel: working knowledge of formulas, data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and basic pivot tables. MS Office: proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Coding: basic understanding of programming or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar). Prompt Engineering: basic ability to write effective prompts for AI tools. Communication: good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Soft skills: strong attention to detail, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
