Responsibilities
- Make customer follow-up calls regarding pending payments.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Provide payment reminders and record customer updates.
- Maintain call records and customer information.
- Follow up regularly and work towards assigned targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confidence in handling customer calls.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or collection calling is an advantage.
