Job Role Overview

- Position Title: Sales Executive – Stockist / Channel Sales
- Location: Chandigarh Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and surrounding areas like Zirakpur/Kharar)
- Type: Full-time (Field Sales)

Key Responsibilities

- Stockist & Distributor Management: Onboard, manage, and build strong relationships with existing and new stockists, super-stockists, and wholesale dealers in the Tricity.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive primary sales (company-to-stockist) and secondary sales (stockist-to-retailer/market) to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Order & Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels at stockist points to prevent stock-outs, handle slow-moving inventory, and ensure timely reordering and dispatch.
- Market Expansion: Identify new retail outlets, wholesale hubs, and distribution gaps across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula to widen market reach.
- Payments & Collections: Ensure timely outstanding payment collections from stockists as per company credit terms.
- Reporting & Feedback: Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, track competitor pricing/schemes, and report market feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) or regional head.





Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream (or 12th pass with proven wholesale/channel sales experience). [1]
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in channel sales, FMCG, retail, or stockist/distributor handling within the Tricity market. Freshers with solid communication and local geography knowledge may be considered for junior roles. [1]
- Local Knowledge: Thorough understanding of local markets, wholesale/retail clusters (e.g., Sector 26 grain/market areas, Industrial Area Phase 1 & 2 in Chandigarh, Phase 5/7 in Mohali, Sector 20 in Panchkula),Whole tri city till Patiala
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and pitching abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Own vehicle (two-wheeler) with a valid driving license for field visits.
- Basic computer or mobile-app reporting proficiency (CRM/sales tracking

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
