Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: North East India (Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura & Arunachal Pradesh)

About the Company

Formujet is a growing brand in the printer consumables industry, offering high-quality toner cartridges, toner powder, inkjet inks, and related printing solutions across India. We are expanding our presence in the North East region and are looking for a dynamic field sales qualified to drive business growth and strengthen our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network across the 7 Sister states.
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly to generate sales and increase market penetration.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Promote Formujet products including toner cartridges, toner powder, inkjet inks, and other printer consumables.
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, distribution, and B2B segments.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits to dealers and customers.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, schemes, new launches, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the internal sales coordination and logistics teams for smooth order execution.




- Monitor outstanding payments and support the credit control team for collections.
- Submit daily visit reports, weekly plans, and monthly sales reports.

Territory Coverage

The executive will be responsible for travelling across:

- Assam
- Meghalaya
- Manipur
- Mizoram
- Nagaland
- Tripura
- Arunachal Pradesh

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in:
- Printer consumables
- IT peripherals
- Office automation products
- FMCG / Distribution sales
- Strong dealer and distributor handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
- Attractive incentive on sales achievement
- Travel & Daily Allowance as per company policy
