Job Title: International Pharmaceutical Sales & Export Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented professional to handle international pharmaceutical sales and export business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying overseas buyers, developing relationships with pharmaceutical distributors and importers, generating export enquiries, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop international customers, pharmaceutical distributors, importers, wholesalers, and trading partners.

Generate leads and explore recent markets for pharmaceutical products.

Contact potential overseas clients through email, calls, online platforms, and other business development channels.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on enquiries and orders.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, order processing, and shipment schedules.

Assist with export documentation,



invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other required paperwork.

Coordinate with logistics and relevant teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Maintain customer records, sales reports, lead databases, and follow-up updates.

Work towards achieving international sales and export business targets.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in pharmaceutical sales, international sales, export business, or B2B business development is preferred.

Knowledge of export procedures, international trade documentation, and shipping processes is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and work towards sales targets.

Familiarity with international markets and pharmaceutical distribution is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
