JOB VACANCY – MACHINE OPERATOR TRAINEE

Work Location: Oragadam, Tamil Nadu

Industry: Tyre Manufacturing

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma

- Pass-out Year: 2022 onwards

- Age: 18–25 years

- Freshers only

- No active backlogs

- Minimum Height: 160 cm

- Minimum Weight: 50 kg

- No major surgery in the past

- Blood sugar level must be normal

- Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship are not eligible.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery.

- Follow production instructions and safety procedures.

- Maintain product quality and report machine issues to supervisors.

- Follow workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

3. WORKING DETAILS

- Working Hours: 8 hours per shift

- **3 Rotational Shifts:**

- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

- Working Days: 6 days per week

- Weekly Off: Rotational basis

- Overtime: Double overtime rate, as per company requirements.

4. SALARY / GROSS STIPEND

Diploma Candidates

- ₹21,000 per month

- Includes Government DBT: ₹1,500

- Canteen and Transport Deduction: ₹500

- Hostel and Food: Free for the first 3 months

ITI Candidates

- ₹20,000 per month

- Includes Government DBT: ₹1,500

- Canteen and Transport Deduction: ₹500

- Hostel and Food: Free for the first 3 months

PF Deduction: Not applicable,

5. FACILITIES & BENEFITS

- Free accommodation for 3 months (3–4 candidates per room)

- Three vegetarian meals per day

- Group Personal Accident Policy: ₹5,00,000

- Night Shift Allowance: ₹30 per shift (maximum 15 days per month)

- Retention Bonus: ₹5,000 every 6 months during the first 2 years
