Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales and Logistics Executive to manage sales activities, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth transportation and delivery of goods. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating dispatches, and monitoring delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Contact potential customers, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Coordinate the dispatch, transportation, and delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse teams, and delivery partners.
- Maintain records of sales orders, dispatches, invoices, delivery details, and customer information.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment.




- Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Follow up on pending payments and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Prepare regular sales and logistics reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and logistics efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduate in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in sales, logistics, supply chain, or a related role is preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes, transportation coordination, and order management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales or inventory management systems.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
