About the Job

We are looking for a Real Estate Field Associate to support our property sourcing activities. The selected candidate will work in different Bengaluru localities and help the team discover properties that owners want to rent out or sell.

Day-to-Day Work

- Cover the areas assigned by the team.
- Identify houses, apartments, plots, and other properties available for rent or sale.
- Contact property owners and gather accurate property information.
- Take explicit pictures of identified properties.
- Send photographs, location details, pricing, and owner contact information to the team.




- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure the information collected is complete.

Skills and Eligibility

- 10th pass or above.
- Comfortable with regular travel and field visits.
- Able to communicate politely with property owners.
- Should be organised and responsible when collecting information.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Salary and Perks

Monthly fixed pay of ₹20,000–₹35,000, depending on the candidate's profile. Travel allowance is provided separately by the company, along with additional performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
