Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of beverage quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Learn to operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment.
- Assist in preparing espresso-based beverages such as cappuccino, latte, americano, and espresso.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and café area.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock management, ingredient preparation, and inventory checks.
- Support the senior barista and café team during busy hours.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Follow standard operating procedures and café service standards.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- High school qualification preferred.
- Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Interest in coffee preparation and café operations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
